New routine new life

Sleep by 10.30 wake up by 5.30 
One waking up straight to loo. Issue instructions . Do thinking . Write to do in loo itself . Visualise the whole day . 
Brush. Neti. Gargle . Eyes
Yoga with sloka. Pranayam. Dhyan . Gym . Pooja . MTV . Office 
Office 9 am igrs , vivechna , surveillance , single window for office , ,up 100, beat constable, time table for lines, Liu, swat, office.a account.
Check Abhiyan data on board. 

Jan shikayat. 
Leave office early . Go to one thana sit there. Atikraman half an hr. Half an hr. 
Home at 12.30.
Eat . Yog nidra. Think about what went wrong . Write daily diary. 
1.30 future starts till 6 . Learn and make . 
2. Meet ppl till 7.30
3. Entertain, learn plus walk till 9 am. Food at 9. Tratak with mantra. 
4. Read and sleep with yoga nidra
