today I have come back to Mirzapur at around 8 AM. Yesterday there was BIG search retirement party and I could not go because I was at Varanasi off because of the leave Mr Right to go for two days leave at Varanasi because Ankita is pregnant and I have to take care of her she wanted me to come then I thought that because the retirement was there so it would be easy for me to get leave and I finally got it also. India's today's first day I was I did two press conferences and after that as able to reach Benares it only 2 PM once I reach banana 71 Peters office and she was looking beautiful as usual then we move together to the home and really relaxed for the rest of the day and we decided that we will not use any mobile or any just read books so I started my Gmail preparation of the day and Ankita also she slept. The next day also we had a good sleep and we went to movie but LED battery we came back and again slept that's about the today's event and we will find time for each other we went to see the Sonu Graffi of the child and child was not corporative he didn't C space. My father has got an offer from the FCC and we are seeing that he has got into three. So we have to decide what my father wants to do in the future. yesterday woke up late work till 4 AM in the morning and learnt video scribe how to make presentation today I will try to make a presentation of the surveillance. Today I will do the gym go to office come back and finish my targets Ali start the preparation for G mat today itself. yesterday it was a good day not much of work are utilise my time I am moving to words sixpack. In the evening I went to the football match after that I came and did I intensity interval training I am watching my diet and slowly I am saying that I am reaching to my goal. I will not stop restaurant recently I have read Gita and laterstop. today iBook up at 7:30 AM. My car is not feeling intensity interval training in my body is also paining because of excessive gym. I tried yesterday to eat as much protein as possible I have devised my daily timetable I have decided to purse you my goals and I will go after them with all my might want to stop I am thinking to do the 9 to 11 public meeting. Seven Forest fifth of the day I will try to do my work. Yesterday night I went to see the movie a gentleman which was okay okay movie there is a guy am enjoying my life yesterday I got the massage also done thank you Lord for everything. today I woke up late at around 8:30 AM 11 to shit. I then came back and my wife has also led to wastage of time in 9:30 AM I wanted to do a lot of things what I have done is I have created a checklist. Now I'll do one task at a time and I'll try to finish it. lyrically I have not been able to achieve the targets that I have set for myself. Today's morning 6:30 AM and I am feeling very less inclined to eat now I'm sitting in the party to do should I start my gym at least the way. And I feel divide of energy. today I have just come back from Varanasi at 8 AM I started at 6 AM. Yesterday I went to Adg's meeting at 4 PM at Varanasi there were 10 SP is present there. Yesterday morning I woke up I did the gym and then I went to office from 9 to 11 after that I went to Varanasi and reach their at my wife's office at around 1 PM then we came to home we slept and ate lunch after that I went to the meeting for meeting I came back at 7 PM and then we went to Radison blue to have pizza and evening snacks. There was a train accident and I learnt my lesson that I should I block my contact my Diem call me and I talk to answer for MD of DFC. I developed my contact when I came back to home I was tired to my wife and she left. Today my target or three I have to planet so after 11 I will come back to home and I will plan my targets for targets that I have first Block sixpack second crack the GMAT third write the books and forth so I will do this things in order of their importance today itself I will not waste my time that I have decided I will also start the discipline in my life I will complete all the books that I have I will try to update myself as much as possible and today is the new way of my life and today I will move to words perfection and will where is this perfection by January that's my promise to myself I will be a perfect human being

morning today morning I woke up at 6 AM I'm getting ready to do gym X 30 a.m. From today my life of discipline starts. My wife has gone with a kid of six months old in our woman to Varanasi. Now I have three targets to focus upon what is the software second is my books and third is G mat. All these three targets I have to focus all my energies upon my job will be sidelined. I have to achieve this target very soon. In fact yesterday we went to church see them along with Kushagra Nishant Deepak. We are good lunch good discussion and it was experience which I will cherish for my life. soon I'm going to watch movie Annabel and I will enjoy to the full today is a meeting with the Ig at 4 PM and then there is a digital meeting with IG tomorrow at 4 PM at Varanasi. So the today's date is that I do gym then I'll go to office from office I'll go for a lecture to the college dance.

Go to Hindustan workshop. Then I will come back to home and I'll again prepare myself for the meeting at 4 PM by the IG said. After that I want to work on my father's resume and send it to the appropriate portals and the appropriate person which is Nashik. I want my father to get busy because once he is busy he will live a long life and I want that I love them I love my kids and my wife. I love my sister and now the targets a clear and I am very sure that I let you this targets birthday I'll focus on this target and once I have decided on something I live I know that I achieve it and I will achieve this target come what may.

yesterday I woke up at around 730 we started exercise at around 8 AM I am getting late because of my wife she is being a bad influence on me whenever she comes in my life and I am not able to follow my routine she is not a disciplined person I must say you must be disciplined for a good health. My baby is on the way and I decided that I have sixpack abs once he or she is born. Then yesterday I went to office and before going to office I knew that there was received I said there from 10 to 2 PM and we DMZ but it was not a very good experience I thought I was wasting the time this is sheer waste of time in public money. What I want to get done is opening a centralised centre which will solve all the Queen all the various of the people. Then there is a meeting of the IG said and Commissioner Sir till 4 PM officer of the district is going to come very soon. Now I am thinking that after 4 PM there should be no commitment I will try to have no commitment I will try to not engage with anyone but with my wife and I will try to finish the pending tasks which are on my laptop. My wife wants me to be in front of her always that's what I will do I will but I will work on my laptop I have to do lot of task first complete my father's resume. Secondly I have to complete the Jyotish course. Early I have to create the compendium of my instruction. For to create manual of the software. Fifth I have tocreate the video lectures. Sixth I have two things in the software. And I'm excited about software I have to finish it by December and we have.

today is 14th August and I have woken up at 6 AM. Recently there has been a tendency to wake up at around 5:30 AM due to feeling about the mobile. When I wake up in the morning I feel fresh I want to do gym it has become part of my routine which is very good. There is a gym trainer called The Way comes and gets me to do gym every day and a lot of set up I am focusing on my apps then we do the freeway text size of China and I do rising as well along with other exercises. I want to focus on my deltoids and apps to muscles along with the likes I want to focus upon. I am posted in Mirzapur now stop it was a disappointment that I didn't get did you commendation days for the second time when my nomination event I don't know what happens in Lucknow and how things move but I feel that only on base of marriage the things are not happening there is somebody who is taking out your name and then getting the things done so you have to be vigilant once we have scented you need to push it to the appropriate chill I have learnt my lesson I will not forget it. I have worked out a very good case at Mirzapur and I have given Sarvellans training to my stuff and I hope that they accept me as a leader I am trying my best to be the best bass that I can be. Lately my wife has come here she is now five months pregnant and she asked me to touch the value of the wife. my wife wants me to talk to the baby I am not is still comfortable in talking to the baby because I just don't feel that I am ready for the responsibility as of now. But I am happy that I will get a healthy child and hopefully a new Facebook the start of my life. I don't know what are you do when the child comes. Lately I've been feeling that I've been procrastinating too much I have a lot of targets and I need to finish I have a lot of target and I need to finish them as soon as possible and the tariff sleep in cropping in my head and that's why I feel kind of frustrated that I am not done my best. What I'll do know is that I have some clear goals that I want to get done and I will focus on them and I'll keep the district job as a side job that's how I will approach target. The things which are exciting right now is the software softer we are making. I am interested in cyber security so I have asked my friend to get in touch with the founders of the company which is specialises in cyber security. Then I am interested in interested in writing the books so I'll start writing the books I am interested in creating the video content for that software. So I have to learn that a skill and I have to work on it for that I need my own time I need my peace of mind to work on it I've decided to. how I will write the book and write the book by making the notes I feel that I listen to something I will make the notes of it and then in my free time and try to fill those notes by using dictation and I'll create my blog entries one after the other we can create a platter of articles for me along with the problem of book because small progresses makes a big product that I have come to understand that I have to begin somewhere so that's how I will begin I'll start creating notes from here on and I'll keep on expanding those notes whenever I get time.I have people who can type for me so that's not an issue so what we'll do is that I will keep on dictating and once I dictate I'll have a temperature gradient I'll try to just corrected my grammar and then travel right to publish it. Lately I am been seeing the tendency that I'm getting fitter I want to get more fit I want to do a lot of things that is the problem reminder going to stop and I have to achieve so much and so less time and I have to take care of my eyes and I have to get . I want to go out for the studies also so ITC what are the universities in all the ultimately things while down to action I feel so so I have to act and I don't have to say that I don't have to procrastinate that the biggest problem right now that I'm facing from today met the regulation is to act so I'll go to my office I liked and and then I'll come back to my home and I'll at I have to get all the time.
