today I woke up late at around 8:30 AM 11 to shit. I then came back and my wife has also led to wastage of time in 9:30 AM I wanted to do a lot of things what I have done is I have created a checklist. Now I'll do one task at a time and I'll try to finish it. Yesterday the whole day I made notes and my reading is the best teachers.The Bhavan Geeta Geeta is a combination of ashtanga yoga and Buddhism along with little bit of all types of you guys. yesterday I finish this task today there are a lot of to spending and try to finish it but no I won yesterday I came to know that the best way of losing fat is doing the cardio empty stomach so I'm trying to do that today and then I'll have my breakfast and then I'll start working on the things today yesterday was relatedly every day and I had a good time I am sleeping late and doing some wrong activities I need to change that. Today I will make my timetable and I will infuse yoga I will infuse good eating habits and I will infuse the targets that I have and I'll finish all these targets that is promise to myself
